Architectural thesis. Redevelopment of a 160-year-old campus, an institution I was part of for fourteen years. A demolition-value analysis weighed the sentimental, structural, associative, historical and functional worth of the existing built mass; the demolished Harding Hall lives on through its random rubble masonry, reused within the new built form.

A centre bridging Nashik’s historic roots with contemporary exploration, sited in Gangapur, the birthplace of Nashik, as a catalyst for preserving the city’s traditions, architecture and local knowledge, connecting its ancient roots to its modern identity.

Senior-citizen housing on the Mula riverfront: accessible, inclusive living spaces in unit types from 30 sqm assisted units to 100 sqm 2BHKs, spaced for privacy, river views and natural light, with an on-site primary health centre, common dining, gym and pool centralising care and community.

Wellness resort & commercial complex terraced along a steep slope of the Ganga, set between Laxman Mandir and Laxman Bridge with the 12 Manzil Mandir across the river. The commercial spine follows the main one-way road; cottages step down the contours with direct access to the existing ghats.
